Return Policy for Surfshop

At Surfshop, we want you to be thrilled with your new surfboard. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we've made our return policy simple and convenient. Here’s how you can make a return or exchange with confidence:

Return Eligibility:

1. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your surfboard must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please ensure that you have proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom Surfboards: Custom orders are unique to you and cannot be returned.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
• Accessories and Safety Gear: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, these items are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns:

1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:
